Great video. However, I would like to see a group try a hot sauce. I tried this and it is very hot. 6 million on the scale. It is called "The End". pepperpalace.com/products/the-end-hot-sauce I was outside, melting some metals, and found myself able to retain my sweat but it was almost painful! would love to see a review of it.
Poor Georgie. He always puts things in his mouth that are too hot, just for our enjoyment. Sometimes, they are too temperature-hot, and other times, they are just too damn spicy for him (even Los Calientes Rojo might be outside of his pay grade) But we hope Motz knows how much we appreciate the commitment to getting the burger accurate, even if it is something he does not consider a burger. And I thought I saw a Bierock, which I know damn well he said he did not think was (he was nice to the Ramen burger, the one time he talked about it)

The best burger in America is at the Crabhouse on Market st in Charleston SC. order a palmetto burger, Justin style with grilled onions and bacon. it normally features pimento cheese and lump crab, make sure you dont substitute and get the onions and bacon as well as the real good stuff.

My kids can be a bit picky but there favorite is the patty melt! Thank you. That being said New Mexico has a green Chile cheeseburger that is unmatched. My dad makes a red Chile turkey sauce that also wipes any other Thanksgiving dish off the board.

The burger show has allowed me to learn how to make really good burgers for really cheap. I don't have the money or time to perfectly re-create some of the more incredible looking burgers that have been featured but I've taken principles from multiple recipes and applied it to my home cooking. I'm by no means a chef, just a home cook, but I made a mushroom onion double cheese burger based on the one where they smash the onions into the burger, and I did the math and each burger cost me $2 and taste like a gourmet pub burger.
